Welcome to this Web Site made possible by the Red Angus Seedstock Breeders of Victoria. The goal of this site is to provide extra services and communications to all those beef producers who are interested or using the Red Angus breed in their operation. It is designed to work in conjunction with the National Red Angus site where ever possible and is linked to provide a natural extension of their services to everyone.
Unlike in North America, South Africa and Brazil where Red Angus is one of the major British breeds of cattle, Australia is currently enjoying moderate growth. Given this fact, the opportunity exists for expansion of the breed as more people discover its benefits for the industry within this country.
It is envisaged that this medium will serve as a means of further communication on a regular basis and assistance in providing accurate information about Red Angus.
We trust you will find the site flexible and user friendly as well as being innovative. Your input, observations and interaction will always be welcomed as we strive to share the benefits of Red Angus with a greater number of beef producers.
